Controlled Auction: Family-Owned Business (1911) Buys Family-Owned Business (1920)

Client: Seller

Industry: Construction

On the Seller’s behalf Nederhof supervised a controlled auction in which a wholesaler in construction materials, bathrooms and kitchens was to be sold. Nederhof drew up the information memorandum, oversaw the whole procedure, set out the bids of the potential buyers and advised on the selection.

A family-owned business with its associated mutual business relations and interests is highly complex. Nederhof, therefore, felt even happier when eventually everyone raised their glasses to a successful transaction.

Even the counterparty complimented Nederhof on its solution-oriented strategy.
