A Swedish multinational expanded its operations to include a South-Korean partnership from Germany. For strategic reasons the Swedes got in touch with a Dutch company with over 30 local offices worldwide in an international corporate structure. The shares of our client were in part held locally by the non-Dutch incumbent management.
