Nederhof was mandated by a property management firm to find a Buyer that would help and facilitate the firm’s growth. The current shareholders were planning to retire from day-to-day management in a few years.
Nederhof soon found a Buyer: a quickly growing property investor that wanted to have all its properties managed by one stable, experienced, organization, yet still wanted to keep a finger in the pie. The match was quickly made.
The combination of a buy-in manager and participation by the investor warranted a solid future for the organisation, and made it possible for all parties to shortly realise their wishes. Nederhof oversaw the procedure on the Seller’s behalf, safeguarding the Seller’s position and interests where possible and taking the transaction to the finish line.
