Two local, age-old auction houses joined forces in an acquisition overseen by Nederhof on behalf of the buyer. The seller offered additional expertise in books, prints and military collectibles.  Synergy (consolidation of accommodation and appraisal procedures) resulted in a transaction that was acceptable to both parties. It was the buyer’s first acquisition in its 200 years of existence.
