Nederhof approached several candidates and found a suitable buyer in a medium-sized nationally operating accountancy organisation. It turned out that the father of the buyer\u2019s negotiator and the seller used to be on the same cricket team, and had an instant click. The company and the employees were transferred by means of an asset transaction, immediate payment and an earnout.
