Instead of (just) a cash price the buyer suggested a new (royalty-based) earnings model.<\/p>\n<p>The client asked Nederhof to determine the value of the Dutch shares.<\/p>\n<p>Nederhof accepted the client\u2019s assignment, while also listing the benefits of the new earnings model for the buyer.
